Defend Yourself- Self Defense class schedule

You can be safer & more confident in 2010!
Eight weeks of self defense for all women and teen girls (16+) starting Jan. 26 in downtown DC.

Learn self defense basics in three hours:
•Intro to self defense for women and teens (16+) on Sat., Jan. 23, 1-4 pm.
•Self defense for high schoolers on Sat., Feb. 27, 1:30-4:30 pm
•Self defense for middle schoolers & moms on Sat., March 30, 1:30-4:30pm

Students must register in person. A placement test will be given. Childcare will be provided.

There are nine levels of classes, from beginning to advanced. Childcare is provided during class.
